Maria Hilfer Black Madonna 5.5%

The “Black Madonna”, our Allgäuer stout! Bavarian brewing art meets Irish beer style.

It appears deep black in the glass. Fruity and bitter on the palate. It creates a dry mouth feeling on the tongue. The finish on the palate is sizzling and tingling. Brewed in a special brewing process using a special roasted barley. Intensively hopped with Hallertau Nugget from hop farmer Ziegelmaier, Attenhofen. Fermented with our own ale yeast.
