original Nuremberg red beer reflects the origins of the Nuremberg brewing trade and is brewed according to a traditional recipe. We brew our red beer as full beer and strong beer with four types of malt each. The powerful strong beer is in Oak barrels stored for fine maturation. After the storage time, our master brewers use the sensors to decide whether and, above all, which strong beer stored in wooden barrels may be married to full beer. The result is a balanced, yet powerful, lively red beer of a special kind!
